The Indiana Department of Child Services (“DCS”) removed Child from Mother’s care and alleged Child was a CHINS in late 2017 because of Mother’s methamphetamine use. Child was adjudicated a CHINS for the first time in January 2018 and the trial court ordered Mother to participate in substance use treatment.
