(“Mother”) appeals the trial court’s adjudication of her son, L.H. Jr., (“Child”), as a child in need of services (“CHINS”). Mother claims the trial court erred in finding Child to be a CHINS because the Indiana Department of Child Services (“DCS”) failed to present sufficient evidence to support the adjudication. We affirm. Facts & Procedural History Child was born in January 2019. On December 22, 2024, L.H. Sr. (“Father”), reported to law enforcement Mother physically attacked him and destroyed property in his apartment.
