I'm Jeff Hunt, he's built Thoroughbits Thursday. 17, can you us in Denver? A.M. 1460 FM 101.1.1, the answer in Colorado Springs. All along the front range, this is the Jeff and Bill show where you get both sides. Today is the March Madness bracket, kicking off. And Billy and I just don't win in the last hour like, Hey, let's start a Jeff and Bill bracket. And so we've launched it. Oh, yes, that's a backslash Jeff Hunt. You can see it there or just text us on the Dan Kaplus law text line 720 8195 115. People texting and saying, Hey, I, I don't really know much about basketball, but I think I can beat Bill Thoroughbits. Oh, exactly. It gives me great satisfaction. Please do, please. I have no, and this is the thing you got to sign up and do this because I have no idea what I'm doing. I randomly picked my bracket earlier today based on absolute lack of knowledge. No clue at all, just flat out guessing. So this is a wonderful opportunity. Come here and spank my pants off. I love this one. I would, I would relish the fact that I would end up last. If I am the last one, I think my job has been accomplished. Cause again, I have no clue. I haven't watched more than like four minutes of college basketball the entire season. I haven't watched any wrap up shows. I haven't watched any prediction shows. I have no clue at all what I'm doing. Remind me some time of a very own Colorado legislature. So, you know, it's the wisdom that they thank you. Thank you. I am operating with all of the wisdom and certainty that they are operating on on a daily basis. So there we go. Without the cash payments. Okay. I need to find that one out. How do you get that? We're also discussing these record high temperatures coming Fox 31 reporting rare heat up to 94 degrees could shatter these record high temperatures in Colorado and coming on the back of a very dry winter. One of the driest, if not the driest on record, plus all the water restrictions we're going to face. What do you think of global warming? Do you believe with what the progressives have said? This is manmade. It is a catastrophe. It must be addressed immediately. Or do you go whether climate goes through cycles? This is just another one of the idea that we're going to affect all of our lives and come up with policies. For instance, like Jared Polis did on the all green energy by 2040. And now we have to get natural gas out of our houses. And we have to pay for it. Plus we have now higher and higher utility cost. You just see it all as a climate cult scandal. Let's go to the phone lines. Patrick and Denver. Good morning, Patrick. You're on what Jeff and Bill. Yeah. Good morning. Yeah. Good morning. Hey, listen, I study China a lot. And I just went across something. It says Beijing won its war for blue skies. But villages are paying the price. The villagers are not allowed to burn coal. That's why. Okay. And they're not allowed. And so they're freezing in the winter. And they have to use natural gas, but they can't afford it. It's about five times the price of what to pay for coal. So that gentleman that called before I being manipulated by Chinese BS, you know, because any time they do something like, yeah, they have blue skies. But the people, the villagers can't burn the coal. And they have police that look at the chimneys. And if they see coal smoke out there, you get arrested. Yeah, it's pretty easy to see. And I want your opinion on this Patrick about the energy development and where China is going because they have, you know, more solar farms and more wind farms and most anybody on the planet, they're leaning into it and their EV development on the technological side based on batteries and charging and looking at vehicles. They are on the cutting edge and one of the world leaders. But they also are building coal fired plants. They're also still embracing fossil fuels from your reading and from where you sit. What do you think China is telling us first about climate change, second about economic development? What do you think we can learn from them? Well, that's a good question because everything that comes out of their mouth is pretty much alive. So they're just trying to show the world that they're ahead, which they're not. How do you come to conclusion they're not ahead? What do you mean by not ahead? I'm just going to explore this for a sec. Well, they want to show the world that they're ahead in new energy, but it's not working. The cars that they have, the EVs that they have, they're substandard. They burn. And when the batteries burn, the doors lock, you can't get out. I mean, it's a catastrophe. Well, Tesla has that problem as well and I haven't seen that. The stuff that I have seen on the Chinese EVs, they are light years ahead of what we have the ability to do based on battery, based on storage, based on technology. They are so far ahead and I understand some of the safety issues they can't crop. They can't get over the US barriers, but they are dominating almost every other market they come into in the EV market, not in total car sales, but in any market they get into right now. They are dominating. Doesn't that say that they are at least in that part winning? No, because yeah, yes, they're dominating because they're dumping their cars. Nobody in China is going to afford to buy them. And so they overproduced the cars and they had this overproduction. And then what they do is they sell them as second hand cars. They go to Germany. They go, well, I think France outlawed it. They go to Europe and dump their cars there. What I'm seeing inside the internals in China, I haven't seen that because I have seen the Chinese market embrace the Chinese EVs. In fact, BYD outsold Tesla this past year and Xiaomi is closing fast on market share of Tesla. So the Chinese are buying the EVs though. They are. They're buying them saying that they aren't buying the EVs from what I've seen is not factually correct. No, I don't know what you're looking at. There's one website you may want to see later on and study is called China in focus. And it's NTD news. NT is in Tom D is in Denver. All right, Patrick. Denver, I appreciate the call. I'll take a minute to go. Sorry, I have to move on. I'll take a look. And Billy, thanks for the debate, Patrick. Now is time for the news. Blake Olson News and comment. Problems at Excel Energy substation, a substation, are being blamed for the one-hour power outage that led to a ground stop at DIA on Wednesday. Excel says crews were working on a new transformer at an airport substation and they say it's back to normal this morning. Denver City Council President Amanda Sandivall says that she and Mayor Johnston could have a plan soon of how to handle the allegations surrounding Caesar Chavez. There's a park in the city named after the labor and civil rights leader in Sandivall says. It's been a gut wrenching time for her community. I just want to name the victims and say my heart goes out to everybody impacted by what has gone on. A New York Times investigation found Chavez sexually abused girls decades ago. Sandivall says that she is encouraging the Latino community in Denver to remember the movement of helping farm workers and unionized helping farm workers unionized, I should say, rather than thinking about the man who led the movement. Joe Kant, the longtime Trump ally who resigned because he couldn't support this war in good conscience, is now under FBI investigation. And Kant stepped down as the director of the National Counter Terrorism Center, of course, and was on Tucker last night. He used diplomacy, used our economic leverage. And again, this isn't something that I came up with. President Trump came up with this. President Trump enacted this and this is why 77 million people voted for him. It's probably not the only reason, but the No New Wars put America first. Don't let us bleed out in the Middle East. That's what people voted for. And that's that's what I think, you know, you can't pay for. And I think that's something he could get us back to. If he just takes a look and assesses how we got to where we are right now. March Madness tips off today. You have until 10 this morning to fill out your brackets last night. Jeff and Bill bracket. That's right. No, it doesn't. You haven't seen it. I will send it to you when you look at it and go. This is no, it's it's as good as anyone else's. In fact, here I'm looking at Jeff. I just agree. It's awful. Jeff did a great job on X here. So you just go to X, Jeff Hunt, backslash, whatever. It's not got a slash Jeff. Okay. See it on there. And here's what I'm going to do on this one. We got a, first of all, we get to put Troy's fight song underneath here. And let's see here. Okay. So I've always wanted to do this. I'm going to take the number one scene in the east all across. You know, Chuck Duke. Okay. Okay. But I've always wanted to know if I just go every other game as an upset. What that would look like. Like so that's what I'm going to do on this one in the east. I'll take Ohio State. That's not an upset. But then I'll take Northern Iowa over St. John's. Then I'll take Kansas, which is not an upset. Then I'll take an upset South Florida over Louisville. And then I'll take Michigan State who should beat North Dakota State, but you never know. And then I'll take Central Florida because this is it every other one. I'll take that over Central Florida over UCLA and then Yukon over Furman. So then, and then I'll go second round there. And then I'll end up with Duke and Yukon in the final there. And then the next hour, I'll do a couple of other regions. But thank you, Jeff, for doing that. That's great. That is so cool. So happy you did that. I like that. And you didn't like two seconds. You know, they're over here. Well, let's see. I have a meeting about it because we're, let's see, I guess you and I are still like, you know, or the tactical. Who's got the keys that cop here? I don't have the code. What's the appropriate boss etiquette because I did invite our boss. The jail of Salem on there are you allowed to trash talk. Are you allowed to dig a little bit? Against the boss in the office bracket. No, but you can't you can't gloat. That's the issue. You can beat him because he will say he doesn't remember until it's time to give raises. And then he will remember. I think all trash talk is a lot in this. I do. All right. This was a great game last night. Miami of Ohio. By the way, their student section. This was so great. The tournament in the first four games. This was at Dayton. Now Miami of Ohio was undefeated. But then they lost their only game of the season in the conference championship. But they're in the tournament, but they have to win this in order to advance to the final 64. But this was awesome. They had the crowd there and the student section during the free throw. All of a sudden the student section. You see all these guys man in their speedos. They took off their shirts, their pants. And they're in their speedos behind the free throw shooter. And you missed I think you only made one of the two free throws, but it was loud. It was crazy. What a great scene last night. Here's one of the plays. Miami of Ohio against SMU. Miami also has five ball handlers as well too. They've been adept on the perimeter. Yes, yes, so they advance. By the way, can I just comment real quickly on that call? That was a great call. Oh, that was a great call. There is such a difference between like the very local, like small ball announcers versus the guys that get to the NCAA and NFL. And just that level of callers. And I just I just want to say I appreciate the distinction because there's real talent with that. Like that call right there. That is good. Like you want to listen to it. And I listen to some callers out there. And I'm like, that is that is rough. I think they found they found Jim Bowen the parking lot and threw him behind the microphone. The only critique I have. And I have a couple of, you know, probably five years in my under my belt of doing. Play by play for a variety of sports. And it was early in my career. The largest critique that I have for a lot of radio broadcasters is they don't do or spend enough time telling me what's going on. There's a lot of stuff. And so what I want to know is, you know, like with the NFL. If you're doing it, I want to know what is the set Dave Logan does a wonderful job on the Broncos games. What's the set and can you tell me what the defensive said? I can't see a thing. So yeah, so when the quarterback drops back, what way is he going? Is he looking left? Is he looking right? Where's pressure coming from? Why is he going there? Anything the defense is doing? And in basketball. I think it's even more important because what you're hearing is a bunch of squeaky shoes. And so and so has the ball. Now so and so has the ball. And then it's and then it's two points. And you're like, but what happened? The idea that I don't know where the defensive especially in the college game. Give me the defensive set. You know, here they're bringing the ball down. They're not organized their defense yet. Or you know, Gonzaga is in a three two. And so this is what they're doing. They're running the zone. They're running around the right elbow. Now the pressure comes from up top. Then it goes into the corner corner's wide open. There's the three comes off the rim. Goes to the right side. That's about, you know, that's in battle for the rebound. Rebound is gotten by here. He's pressured, you know, one on one by here, you know, five feet from left side. That's what I want. I want you have to paint that picture for me. That's what made baseball announcing so good. He's telling stories. I want to hear from Blake. The he's your sports. I mean, and what Billy's talking about is radio. You definitely have to paint the picture in TV. Like where I got this sound right here. I mean, I think it's vital that you stay out of the way and still in interest. You know, because the viewer is watching it and they know. So it doesn't have to be as descriptive. I mean, you know, there's, there's, you know, a certain set on the court. And the guy goes back to where there he could have said that which is fine, bounce pass. You know, it's a bounce pass. You're watching it for the most part. And his name's a thing. Yeah, his number one thing is he leads with a five ball handlers. That's not something you can observe from the team unless you really know the team. That's right. That's why he can let the visual speak. And the TV announcers have to give you that second set of knowledge to make you feel like you really know what's going on. Something like Miami likes to do this in this situation. Look at this. This is a person they often go to here. Those type of things so you understand the flow. That's what TV guys do. Yeah, the radio. My critique is the radio guys never tell me what the hell is going on. I never can see it in my head. And on a beautiful play like this one, it was a backdoor pass bounce pass, which is just it's just developed so beautifully on the court. But the guy throws down. Okay. So the key there is you make sure if it's Jones who threw down, all right, and slammed it. You make sure the Jones is the right guy. You make sure Jones is heard and you make sure the guy who made the pass Johnson or whoever make sure his name is said on TV. And you don't have to describe it, you know, like you do on radio. But the enthusiasm as Jeff said and he sold it well. And that was that was a little easier because when you're in an arena like that the atmosphere of this game was incredible because Miami of Ohio is just down the road from Dayton where the tournament was and the entire school was there and all the fans, they were on spring break and it was nuts. So, you know, the bottom line is you don't want to get in the way of it and ruin it. So the crowd is huge, but he did just enough and did a great job. That was a great call. I agree with you. Yeah, that's a beautiful call. Yep. And I'll play again next hour. 52 in the spring's 53 in Denver. That's the latest on Blake Olson fill out your brackets on X on X Jeff Hunt. More of the Jeff and Billy show ahead on News Talk 710 K and US in Denver now on AM 1460 and FM 101.1. The answer in the springs. This is where you hear both sides. We are the Jeff and Bill show. 710 K and US in Denver. AM 1460 FM 101.1.1. The answer in Colorado Springs along the front range. This is the Jeff and Bill show where you get both sides yesterday was a big day on Capitol Hill is Tulsi Gabbard, John Ratcliffe, the Cash Patel head of the FBI and then some generals were all up before a Senate committee and asking lots of questions about Iran. And I wanted to watch this because I felt like this was important to the discussion with regards to why we went into Iran. What this is all about. Now the basis of it was that Tulsi Gabbard was presenting the 2026 annual threat assessment of the US intelligence community. Remember she's the one that's supposed to basically be in charge of gathering all the intelligence coordinate all the different agencies out there so that the president of the United States has the ability to make an unbiased decision based upon these facts. And then she kept going back to that unbiased on bias because the senators were pressing her going, what did you tell the president? Do you believe that Iran has nuclear capabilities? And ultimately it came down to the question, what is an imminent threat and how do you define an imminent threat? Some of the senators using words like Iran was a historic mistake. A war of choice was kind of put up there. You could tell that was kind of one of the talking points that they were pushing up. I'm going to play when we come back. I want to play Michael Bennett's interaction with John Ratcliffe, the head of the CIA and you're going to get some insight into how the both parties are approaching what's happened in Iran. And I want to get a sense from our listeners as well. What do you think about this? Was Iran an imminent threat? This is kind of a raw shock test. You had some saying of course, even a threat. We've been dealing with them for 47 years. They've killed 1,000 Americans. If you combine all the activities in Iraq and Afghanistan, plus what they led on October 7th, they're undying effort to go out there and get a nuclear weapon. They're chance death to America, sleeper cells, hacking imminent threat. It's been a threat for nearly 50 years. Others going, there's no nuke pointed at the United States. And now we're engaged in this Middle East conflict that may result with boots on the ground after Trump promised he wouldn't do that. They're not an imminent threat. That was the just of a two and a half hour debate before the Senate. But when we come back, you're going to want to hear Michael Bennett explodes back and forth with the head of the CIA. Yeah, check out Jeff's ex or hit us up on the text message. We'll send you the bracket and relish in the fact. I have no idea what I'm doing. Yeah. It's kind of a theme though. We'll be right back. This is where you're both sides. This is The Jeff and Bill Show. 710, K-N-U.S. and Denver. AM 1460 FM 101.1, the answer in Colorado Springs along the front range. This is the Jeff and Bill Show where you get both sides. By the way, Jeff and Bill have a NCAA bracket. You've got two hours and 43 minutes to fill it out. But go to ex.com. Backslash, Jeff, Honda. I got it linked there or text us on the Dan Cappless Law text line 720 819-515. Join the radio show bracket. Gold brick with a good point. There's only three Jesuit schools in the tournament. Don't pick against them. Gonzaga Santa Clara and St. Louis, you. Those Jesuit schools tend to do well. Maybe it's an insight to how God feels. His favorite teams. Yesterday, you had Tulsi Gabbard, John Rankcliffe, Cash Patel and the rest of them all before the Senate Intelligence Committee. And it was a discussion on the 2026 annual threat assessment of the US intelligence community. And so Tulsi Gabbard spends about 55 minutes going through all the problems. You think your job is tough. Like I sat through this and I went, I don't want that job at all. Oh my goodness. It's everything from problems in Africa, problems in the Arctic, problems in space. Then you got a ran North Korea, Russia, China, Latin America. She goes through it all. Even those Canadians, no, she didn't mention Canadians, but she spends 55 minutes. Then it's turned over to the Senators and Republicans applauding the work. Of course, and the Democrats going, this is terrible. In many ways, Bill, one of the things that popped through my mind watching this two-hour debacle was it was like a presentation at a nursing home. Oh, there are some that just got to go at this point. Susan Collins. Good night. Mark Warner, both of them. You sit there and you're like, it's like you're trying to explain stuff to grandma at this point. And you're just going, I don't know about this. That was like on full display yesterday, but the debate really centered around the notion of what is an imminent threat was I ran an imminent threat. Okay. Did they have nuclear capabilities? Democrats making the argument that this is a war of choice, a historic mistake. John Rancliffe responding, no, I ran not just an imminent threat, they're a constant threat. We've been dealing with them for 47 years. And it is an immediate threat right now at this time. They have nuclear capabilities that with enriched uranium. They have the ability to attack, hack us. They have killed 1,000 Americans over the last 47 years. They were principal behind the October 7th attack, the 12-day war in Gaza. Yes, they are a major problem. They're weakened. We took them out. That's why we did it. Now, Michael Bennett, Bill, Michael Bennett had seven minutes, seven minutes to ask questions. Do you have any questions he asked in those seven minutes? No, I don't. No. Uno, one, and it didn't even go that far. But here's the beginning part of what became a five minute rant by Michael Bennett on the war in Iran. The President Trump has offered no credible justification for the imminent threat, no clear goals, no strategy or timeline. His message keeps changing, I think, in really damaging ways. President Trump said no clear message, no clear goals. Then he goes on for about five minutes. And I'm not going to play the whole five minutes. And it becomes a political speech. And you understand what he's doing. The cameras are on him. He's running for office. So this becomes political stump speech time. I mean, he has Tulsi Gabbard sitting in front of him. He's got John Ratcliffe. He's got a cash betel. The dude asked one question. One question uses five minutes to just go off on Donald Trump. And I'm terrible. This is this war of choice. So he finally asked Ratcliffe. One question. And at that point, Ratcliffe is going to jump back to what you just heard, no clear goals. And Ratcliffe has issue with that. And this explodes. I know, Senator, I know, direct, Ratcliffe, that you warned President Trump that if Israel assassinated the Supreme Leader, the RRGC would replace him with potentially a harder line puppet. In fact, I think what was clear is that the likelihood was that it would be a hard line puppet. Do you disagree with that characterization of the intelligence? That specific question, what we knew was, first of all, I guess I have to address upfront, so much of what you related in there, the difference between political rhetoric versus... Not political rhetoric. I'm quoting the President of the United States. Political rhetoric versus military... That's military. Between... The difference between that and military and intelligence execution, but here's the most important thing. You mischaracterize this as saying there aren't clearly defined goals. The defined goals are very clear. Degrade and destroy the missile inventory and drone inventory delay and degrade the military industrial base and factories that produce that. Degrade and destroy the IRGC Navy that can control the strength. Thank you. These are all defined goals that were out specifically. The premise of the question is that... My time back, Mr. Chairman, I can't get a word in edge-wise. He won't answer the question and then he's taken a minute of my time. You're both big boys, you can handle yourself. Okay, well, Director, I agree that you are and I appreciate what you're saying. And I would... I'm not... My point is not what your characterization of the war is. My point is what the character is. Your question about his image. I'm not asking you anymore, Mr. Director. I'm sorry because I'm out of time because of how you use the time. The complete lack of clarity should matter to everybody. President Trump, most of all, he is the person that got elected on the criticism. That we had fought two wars in the Middle East that had lasted for 20 years. And now we're hearing the testimonies to get their ballistic missiles to not even get to the nuclear stuff. We're going to have to be in a perpetual war with the run. And I don't think that's where the American people are on this. This is a serious threat. This is a serious threat to us and to Israel. The question is how to handle it. And President Trump said, we are not the policemen of the world. He ran on that. And now he's turned us into the world's policemen, into its jury, into its judge, into its executioner. And just because we have the most advanced military in the world... Senator Types says that we should be in a perpetual war, all around the world. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. That's Colorado Senator Michael Bennett yesterday with John Ratcliffe, the head of the CIA. Bill, he says, this is a serious threat. This is a serious threat to the United States and Israel, but not an imminent threat. And then claims that there's no clear goals. I thought it was a moment where Michael Bennett fell flat on his face. What are your thoughts, sir? It's the thing that I heard in that is he wasn't focused. And there were a couple of things in there. One, love the fact that the chair was like, you're both big boys. That was totally my favorite part. And the other favorite part was when, at the end, they're banging the gavel. And then he says, thank you. There's just so many things in there that I just, I like that. So then I thought I thought entertaining as you outlined, Bennett didn't spend a lot of time asking questions. And I found it intriguing. And I thought that just based on the conversation, it was more insightful when Bennett pushed back on Ratcliffe and then accused him of wasting Bennett's time. And what I mean by that is, if during the seven minutes, the only thing he can manage is a single question, and this is important. As Jeff outlined, he didn't lead with a question. He led with a speech and then went into his questions. And because he did that, I find it extremely silly for him to complain about who in that exchange is using the time. If you were focused on getting questions and answers, then ask questions and try to focus the answers. You can interrupt them, but then you can refocus the question. Bennett did none of that. I, I want to see what his notes were in that because it seems like there was a speech and maybe a couple of bullet points that he turned into a question because his question was way too open-ended. And that's part of the problem you have in these situations. When you give a very open-ended question to the witness, they are instructed to burn the time. Exactly right. It's exactly what they're told to do. It's a battle, it's a boxing match. Yes, it is. Yes. And he came in ill-prepared. His coach didn't have him ready. Whoever was his cut man in the corner should go in there and go, you're bleeding all over the place because he looked bad. His questions were ill-focused and in the time in which he's talking about the threat, the thing that he needed to talk about, even when Ratcliffe is going through that list of stuff, the most important thing he could have done was say, I'm not hearing imminent threat. Have you addressed the imminent threat? That's how you interrupt that question, that answer. That's how you get it, you try to refocus what they're doing. And ill-prepared, bad question. Who writes these questions sometimes? But again, these are more about making political speeches and making sure you can get something on the ticketing talks, your social media, to say, look, constituents, I'm holding their feet to the fire. I am making sure the Trump administration, and then if you're a Republican, I am fighting for the fill in the blank. We've all seen it, we've all heard it. But I guess I don't understand what Democrats want at this point. So for instance, Jason Crowe says that there's no justification for a war with Iran. No justification, no justification for a war with Iran. Iran has killed 1,000 Americans over the last 47 years, 1200 dead Israelis on October 7th. They're in a desperate bid to get a nuke. They run around all over our media saying it's a God-given right to have a nuclear weapon. They have plenty of drones and ballistic missiles that we're dealing with right now. No justification for a war with Iran as Jason Crowe. And then you hear Michael Bennett try to play both sides going, well, they're terrible. This is a serious threat, but not an imminent threat. So I'm sorry, do we only go to war when somebody has a nuke pointed directly at us? And the finger is coming down on the button? Or in this case, what we have is Iran at its weakest point in the last 50 years. Thanks in big part to the work of Israelis who have reduced Hamas, Hezbollah, all those problems that we faced direct attacks inside of Iran at some of their senior leadership. We have a lot of that because of the work of the Israelis. This is a joint partnership. They're on the ropes, finish off the regime. Trump tried to negotiate. He sent his son-in-law and others to negotiate a truce. Iran wasn't going to have it. Trump has them against the ropes, finish them, let's move forward and stop having to deal with the same problem we've had for 50 years. I don't get at all, Jason Crosain, there's no justification for war. And then Michael Bennett saying, this is a serious threat, but not an imminent threat. What do Democrats want at this point? Do they just want us chugging along dealing with the same problems we've had with the last 50 years? Your thoughts, sir? I think they want a declaration or reason as to the why we had to do it now in the first part of 2026. Now, I can make the argument for why you need to attack Iran, especially if you're talking about, okay, they're their weakest point. You can make that argument about because they are this weakest, this is the opportunity to do X, Y and Z. However, that does not say they're an imminent threat. And if you say they're an imminent threat, then you're going to have to prove that based on actions or abilities or things they were doing you're plotting on a mass scale. And I mean by mass is a few terror plots or even some of their proxies. I don't think rises to the threat of imminent. And that's the problem. Now, the Democrats have been absolutely atrocious as they usually are on messaging on this one. But that's the base question is the core justification and all of us that went through the march to the Iraq war and saw Colin Powell and his proof and everything else that we saw wrapped around that and the pictures of the mobile biological and chemical weapons factories and everything that they showed to us. There was a effort by the administration to provide a justification. In this case, we have an attack and we seem to be trying and retconning the justification because it bounces back and forth between, oh my gosh, they were going to come and get us next week. If we didn't do something now, two, they're so weak, we have to take the opportunity to get them now. Two, they've been a problem for so many years. It's about darn time we take care of it. We can make an argument or have a debate about one of the three, but if we're talking about why we did it, you got to settle on one first. But the Democrats have been awful at trying to delineate between any of them and make the case. They flail around and because their entire justification is need to make Trump look bad, not actually force the issue or have the debate. And that's why the Democrats continue to step on rakes and get smacked in the face and then it's a great example of that. He had the time, he had the ability, what he lacked was the preparation and the skill he failed there. What do you think of what happened yesterday? What do you think of this war in Iran? Would you consider it an imminent threat that Trump had to respond to? We've been dealing with them for 47 years or has Trump violated his promises as Michael Bennett pointed out to not be the world's policeman. Now we're not only the policeman, we're the jury and the judge and the executioner all at once of problems around the world. Side note on that. Can we all appreciate the fact that he messed that up? It's judge jury executioner and he couldn't even get that right. And he had it probably written down. That's the part that gets me. It's like, you can't even read this script. That's why I can't be a staff member. I could never be a staff member. I would hit whoever I'm feeling. I'm sorry. So you easily beat me. Yeah. So yesterday bill Tulsi Gabbard, John Radcliffe, they're all before the Senate, one of the Senate armed services committees looking at the war and I ran. They're getting a lot of questions about this. And it seemed like the Democrats were really focused in on, did you tell Trump everything with regards to the straight of hormones and the potential attacks on other countries? And were you clear on all this? And the response was, well, yeah. I mean, this is stuff that we've known for a long time. And they were trying to get Radcliffe and Gabbard to explain some of Trump's quotes about, you know, did we know that this was going to be such the problem with the straight of hormones? How often do you brief them? How many times a day? Did you brief them? All that stuff. And Radcliffe going, I talked to the president on foreign affairs intelligence issues. 10 to 15 times a week. Oftentimes, multiple times a day. But to try to corner them against Trump to say that maybe Trump wasn't listening or maybe the intelligence agencies didn't really brief Trump all that. Well, I think it kind of fell flat. Bill, do you want to give your quick response on that? Yeah, I think where he was going and where he missed was he was trying to show that Trump ignored intelligence. It was presented to him, but again, he flailed around and we ever coached him. Nobody what you're doing. It was he was poorly prepared and executed even worse. Get into this and more in the next hour. Plus all the scandal around Cesar Chavez.
