To amend the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to authorize the use of funds for certain additional Carey Act projects, and for other purposes.

This bill expands eligibility for grants for rehabilitation and reconstruction projects for certain dams developed pursuant to the Carey Act provided that projects previously eligible for grants have received the necessary funding.
