Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Corner Post Reversal Act''. SEC. 2. RIGHT OF REVIEW. Section 702 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by inserting ``Except as otherwise expressly provided by law, an action under this section shall be commenced within 6 years after the date on which the relevant agency action was finalized.'' after ``judicial review thereof.''. <all>
