Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF CLEAN ENERGY DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM ON CURRENT AND FORMER MINE LAND. Section 40342(f) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (42 U.S.C. 18761(f)) is amended by striking ``2026'' and inserting ``2030''. <all>
