Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Maintaining Our Ironclad Commitment to Israel's Security Act''. SEC. 2. FINDINGS. Congress finds the following: (1) In 2016 the Obama Administration concluded negotiations with Israel for a 10-year Memorandum of Understanding covering security assistance for fiscal years 2019 to 2028 that affirmed ``the unshakeable commitment of the United States to Israel's security''.
