Protecting Americans from Foreign Commercial Spyware Act
Protecting Americans from Foreign Commercial Spyware ActThis bill prohibits provision of U.S. foreign assistance, except for military assistance, to countries that use foreign commercial spyware to target U.S. persons. If the President certifies to Congress that extraordinary circumstances or national security priorities exist warranting the provision of foreign aid to that country, such prohibition may be waived.
