Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLES. This Act may be cited as the ``Strengthening Tracking Of Poisonous Tranq Requiring Analyzed National Quantification Act of 2024'' or the ``STOP TRANQ Act''. SEC. 2. INTERNATIONAL NARCOTICS CONTROL STRATEGY REPORT. Section 489(a)(11) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2291h(a)(11)) is amended-- (1) in subparagraph (A), by inserting ``, xylazine,'' after ``illicit fentanyl''; and (2) in subparagraph (D), by inserting ``)'' before the semicolon at the end. <all>
