Appellant’s App. Vol. 2 at 24. On June 9, Hamilton and Sims got into an argument, and Sims asked Hamilton to “pack up her belongings and leave the residence.” Id. Hamilton then took her two children to the car and began to pack. While she did this, Hamilton called Kizer, who is the father of her children, on speakerphone.
