Trails of Westfield Development EdgeRock undertook to commercially develop seventeen acres of property on the southeast corner of State Road 32 and Oak Ridge Road in Westfield, Indiana. The property began as one parcel, and then EdgeRock subdivided it into five lots, which the parties refer to as Lots 1 through 5. The project was to build a mixed use, planned unit development known as the Trails of Westfield, with Lot 4 zoned for multi-family apartments and the rest zoned for retail businesses.
