(or just Valpo). At the time of the sale, Valpo gave O’Malley two important documents: the Buyers Guide and the Sales Agreement. The Buyers Guide stated that the Car was being sold “AS IS” and that the “DEALER DOES NOT PROVIDE A WARRANTY FOR ANY REPAIRS AFTER SALE.” App. Vol. 2, p. 105.
