Because the trust holds Illinois real estate, is governed by Illinois law, and includes mostly Illinois beneficiaries, the trial court dismissed the action for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. The court erred in doing so. Although these facts may raise questions about the most appropriate forum for resolving these Illinois-centered issues, this issue is not before us.
