While serving his sentence in the Huntington County Jail, Elzey filed a pro se petition for post-conviction relief and requested it be forwarded to the Public Defender. The trial court denied his request and ultimately denied post-conviction relief. Four different case numbers are combined in the record, and one of the issues on appeal was the trial court’s credit time calculations.
