In 2018, Automotive Finance Corporation (AFC) extended a loan of a little over $100,000 to Monmars Automative Group LLC for use in its automobile sales business. As part of this financing, Monmars and Golden Dart Holdings LLC entered into a Demand Promissory Note and Security Agreement (the “Contract”) signed by their managers/members: Meng Liu; her then-husband, Ning Ao; and Liu’s friend, Xiaoqiao Yang.
