Employment: unlawful discrimination: victims of violence.

An act to amend Section 12945.8 of the Government Code, and to amend Section 246.5 of, to amend and repeal Sections 230.2 and 230.5 of, and to add and repeal Sections 230 and 230.1 of, the Labor Code, relating to employment, and declaring the urgency thereof, to take effect immediately.
