California Individual Assistance Act.

An act to add Section 8685.1 to, and to add Article 4.5 (commencing with Section 8688) to Chapter 7.5 of Division 1 of Title 2 of, the Government Code, relating to disaster assistance, and declaring the urgency thereof, to take effect immediately.
