Addressing Anti-Competitive Health Care Contract Clauses Act

Requires the GAO to investigate anti-competitive clauses in contracts between health insurers and healthcare providers — such as gag clauses, all-or-nothing deals, and most-favored-nation pricing — and assess whether antitrust enforcement is adequate.
