Electricity Transmission Scorecard Act
Requires electric utilities to publicly report standardized performance data on their transmission systems — outages, upgrade timelines, connection wait times. Right now utilities report what they want, how they want. This bill creates a standardized scorecard so the public can actually compare how well different utilities are maintaining the grid.
