Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Fill the Lake Act''. SEC. 2. REGULATION OF POOL LEVEL OF FLATHEAD LAKE. From June 15 through September 15 of each calendar year, the Secretary of the Interior shall ensure-- (1) a minimum lake level in Flathead Lake of 2892' MSL by providing the water from Hungry Horse Reservoir; and (2) a maximum lake level in Flathead Lake of 2893' MSL by releasing excess water downstream. <all>
