Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Equal Shot Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. TREATMENT OF CERTAIN FIREARMS INDUSTRY APPLICANTS FOR ASSISTANCE BY THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. The Administrator of the Small Business Administration may not adopt any policy, practice, guidance, or directive that discriminates against an otherwise eligible applicant for financial assistance under the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 631 et seq.) or the Small Business Investment Act of 1958 (15 U.S.C. 661 et seq.), including an applicant for a loan or loan guarantee, solely because such a
