Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Stop Anarchists From Endangering Cities Act'' or the ``SAFE Cities Act''. SEC. 2. IDENTIFICATION OF ANARCHIST JURISDICTIONS. (a) Publication.--Not later than 14 days after the date of enactment of this Act, and updated not less than every 180 days thereafter, the Attorney General, in consultation with the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, shall publish on the Department of Justice website a list identifying each anarchist jurisdiction.
