R. 3894 To direct the Attorney General to identify and publish a list of anarchist jurisdictions, and for other purposes. _______________________________________________________________________ IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES June 10, 2025 Mr. Wied (for himself, Mr. Tiffany, Mr. Collins, Mr. Timmons, Mr. Edwards, Mr. Haridopolos, Mr. Harrigan, Mr. McCormick, Mr. Nehls, and Mr. McGuire) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary, and in addition to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned _______________________________________________________________________ A BILL To direct the Attorney General to identify and publish a list of anarchist jurisdictions, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Stop Anarchists From Endangering Cities Act'' or the ``SAFE Cities Act''. SEC. 2. IDENTIFICATION OF ANARCHIST JURISDICTIONS. (a) Publication.--Not later than 14 days after the date of enactment of this Act, and updated not less than every 180 days thereafter, the Attorney General, in consultation with the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, shall publish on the Department of Justice website a list identifying each anarchist jurisdiction. (b) Considerations.--In identifying whether a State or unit of local government is an anarchist jurisdiction, the Attorney General, in consultation with the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, shall consider, as appropriate, whe
