Fair Competition for Small Business Act of 2025

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Fair Competition for Small Business Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. AMENDMENT. Section 4C(a)(1) of the Clayton Act (15 U.S.C. 15c(a)(1)) is amended by inserting ``or section 2 of this Act'' after ``any violation of the Sherman Act''. <all>
