RES. 111 Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System relating to ``Revisions to the Large Financial Institution Rating System and Framework for the Supervision of Insurance Organizations''. _______________________________________________________________________ IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES March 4, 2026 Ms. Warren introduced the following joint resolution; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs _______________________________________________________________________ JOINT RESOLUTION Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System relating to ``Revisions to the Large Financial Institution Rating System and Framework for the Supervision of Insurance Organizations''. Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Department of the Treasury relating to ``Revisions to the Large Financial Institution Rating System and Framework for the Supervision of Insurance Organizations'' (90 Fed. Reg. 51329 (November 17, 2025)), and such rule shall have no force or effect. <all>
