Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Stop Funding Rioters Act''. SEC. 2. PERSONS CONVICTED OF CERTAIN FELONIES INELIGIBLE FOR SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANCE. No person convicted of an offense relating to a misdemeanor or felony assault of a law enforcement officer, or convicted of a felony for actions during or in connection with a riot that resulted in the destruction of a small business concern (as defined in section 3 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632)), shall be eligible to receive any assistance from or through, or participate in, any program administered by the Small Business Administration. <all>
