Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Preventing Maternal Deaths Reauthorization Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. PREVENTING MATERNAL DEATHS. (a) Maternal Mortality Review Committee.--Section 317K(d) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 247b-12(d)) is amended-- (1) in paragraph (1)(A), by inserting ``(including obstetricians and gynecologists)'' after ``clinical specialties''; and (2) in paragraph (3)(A)(i)-- (A) in subclause (I), by striking ``as applicable'' and inserting ``if available''; and (B) in subclause (III), by striking ``, as appropriate'' and inserting ``and coordinating with death certif
