Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Better Straws Act''. SEC. 2. CODIFICATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER 14208. Executive Order 14208 (90 Fed. Reg. 9585; relating to ending procurement and forced use of paper straws) shall have the force and effect of law. <all>
