Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Promoting Free and Fair Elections Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. FEDERAL AGENCY INVOLVEMENT IN VOTER REGISTRATION ACTIVITIES. (a) Clarification of Federal Agency Involvement in Voter Registration Activities.--Executive Order 14019 (86 Fed.
