Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Workforce Flexibility Act''. SEC. 2. REMOVAL OF OUT-OF-SCHOOL PRIORITY. Section 129(a) of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (29 U.S.C. 3164) is amended-- (1) by striking paragraph (4); and (2) by redesignating paragraph (5) as paragraph (4). <all>
