Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Union Auto Workers Job Protection Act''. SEC. 2. LOCATION INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR BIDS AND CONTRACTS. (a) Bid Requirements.--The head of an executive agency shall require the following information be included with respect to any bid for a covered contract: (1) The mailing address of each motor vehicle plant in which any motor vehicle purchased under the contract is made or assembled. (2) If more than one motor vehicle plant is included pursuant to paragraph (1), a description of what is made or assembled in each such motor vehicle plant. (3) The average hourly wage of hourly employees employed by such motor vehicle assembly employer at each such motor vehicle plant. (4) The minimum hourly wage of hourly employees employed by such motor vehicle assembly employer at each such motor vehicle plant. (5) The maximum hourly wage of hourly employees employed by such motor vehicle assembly employer at each such motor vehicle plant. (6) The number of temporary non-perman
