Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Behavioral Health Crisis Care Centers Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. GRANT PROGRAM FOR ONE-STOP CRISIS FACILITIES. (a) Establishment.--The Secretary of Health and Human Services (in this section referred to as the ``Secretary''), in consultation with the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, the Attorney General, the Secretary of the Interior, and the heads of any other relevant Federal agencies, shall award grants to eligible entities in the amounts determined pursuant to subsection (d) for the purpose of establishing, operating, or expanding one-stop crisis facilities. (b) Eligible Activities.--Activities funded through a grant under this section for establishing, operating, or expanding a one-stop crisis facility may include-- (1) acquiring, co
