Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Make Congress Drive Union Made Act''. SEC. 2. REPRESENTATIONAL ALLOWANCE FOR MEMBERS OF HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. (a) In General.--Section 101 of the House of Representatives Administrative Reform Technical Corrections Act (2 U.S.C. 5341) is amended-- (1) by redesignating subsections (c), (d), and (e) as subsections (d), (e), and (f), respectively; and (2) by inserting after subsection (b) the following new subsection: ``(c) Restrictions on Motor Vehicles.--The funds from the Members' Representational Allowance may not be used to purchase or lease a motor vehicle unless the motor vehicle-- ``(1) has a final assembly place (as such term is defined in section 32304 of title 49, United States Code) in the United States; and ``(2) is assembled by employees who are covered by a collective bargaining agreement.''.
