AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4 and Title 58, relative to the Tennessee national guard.

As introduced, enacts the "Bring Our National Guard Home Act," which requires, no later than five business days after the effective date of this bill, the governor to rescind each order of deployment of members of the Tennessee national guard outside of this state and recall all members of the Tennessee national guard who are deployed outside of this state. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 58.
