AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 6, Chapter 51 and Title 6, Chapter 58, relative to annexation.

As introduced, authorizes municipalities to annex territory outside of their urban growth boundaries so long as the territory is not within another municipality's urban growth boundary. - Amends TCA Title 6, Chapter 51 and Title 6, Chapter 58.
