AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 29; Title 33; Title 56; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71, relative to health insurance.

As introduced, increases from quarterly to monthly, the frequency with which licensed hospitals must report claims data to the commissioner of health and adjusts the delinquency deadline to require submission within 60 days following the end of the month, rather than the end of the quarter. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 29; Title 33; Title 56; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
