AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39; Title 47 and Title 55, relative to the retention of forms of identification.

As introduced, creates a Class B misdemeanor offense for a motor vehicle dealer or salesperson to knowingly retain a copy, in an electronic or other format, of a person's identification. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 47 and Title 55.
