AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 38; Title 39; Title 40; Title 43; Title 53; Title 67 and Title 68, relative to controlled substances.

As introduced, requires reports submitted by the medical cannabis commission on or after January 1, 2027, to include an analysis of the effects of Exec. Order No. 14370 and any subsequent federal action on increasing medical marijuana and cannabidiol research. - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 39; Title 40; Title 43; Title 53; Title 67 and Title 68.
