AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 2; Title 3; Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8 and Title 12, relative to lobbying.

As introduced, increases time an employer of a lobbyist or a lobbyist must register or update their registration with the ethics commission from not later than seven days to not later than seven business days. - Amends TCA Title 2; Title 3; Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8 and Title 12.
