AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 47, Chapter 18; Title 62, Chapter 6 and Title 67, Chapter 4, relative to contracting.

As introduced, clarifies that an applicant for a license under the "Contractors Licensing Act of 1994" who has been advised to appear before the board at a scheduled time and place must provide notice to the board of the applicant's inability to appear three business days in advance, rather than three calendar days. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 47, Chapter 18; Title 62, Chapter 6 and Title 67, Chapter 4.
