AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7 and Title 8, relative to immigration.

As introduced, requires, rather than permits, each law enforcement agency to execute an agreement with the United States department of homeland security to participate in the 287(g) program and the warrant service officer program for purposes of enforcing immigration laws in collaboration with the United States bureau of immigration and customs enforcement (ICE). - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7 and Title 8.
