AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 68, Chapter 104, relative to fireworks.

As introduced, extends from 60 to 75 days, the time following receipt of a completed application within which the fire marshal must issue a fireworks exhibitor's license to an applicant who has complied with state law and rule relevant to the exhibitor licensing process. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 104.
