AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 40, relative to bondsmen.

As introduced, prohibits a person from acting as a professional bondsman, directly or indirectly, while owning, operating, or being employed by a qualified contract service provider that supervises persons who have been released prior to trial with conditions of release that include using an electronic monitoring device. - Amends TCA Title 40.
