AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 2, relative to primary elections.

As introduced, provides a method for a nonrecognized minor party seeking recognition as a recognized minor party that notified the coordinator of elections that it seeks to nominate by primary election to rescind that notification; corrects a statutory reference. - Amends TCA Title 2.
