AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 41, relative to prison oversight.

As introduced, specifies that the reimbursement of travel expenses incurred by members of the inmate disciplinary oversight board must be administered in accordance with the comprehensive travel regulations promulgated by the department of finance and administration and approved by the attorney general and reporter. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 41.
