AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, relative to planning.

As introduced, specifies that the presiding officer of the local government planning advisory committee must promptly notify, or cause to be notified, the appointing authority of a member who fails to attend three consecutive committee meetings. - Amends TCA Title 4.
