AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 7; Title 33; Title 38; Title 53; Title 55; Title 63 and Title 68, relative to nursing.

As introduced, reduces from 30 to 15 days the period following an election of the officers of the board of nursing within which the executive director must certify to the governor the names of the officers elected; reduces from 30 to 15 days the period following a vacancy in any office or in the board of nursing within which the executive director must certify such vacancy to the governor. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 7; Title 33; Title 38; Title 53; Title 55; Title 63 and Title 68.
