AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 66, relative to real property.
As introduced, increases from three to five business days the minimum notice period a buyer engaging in wholesaling real property must provide to the seller regarding the effective date of an assignment of the buyer's interest. - Amends TCA Title 66.
