AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 62, Chapter 3; Title 62, Chapter 38 and Title 62, Chapter 4, relative to professions.

As introduced, exempts a person whose occupation or practice is confined solely to makeup application services from the requirement to be licensed as a cosmetologist or aesthetician if the person meets the requirements to obtain a certificate to provide makeup application services. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 62, Chapter 3; Title 62, Chapter 38 and Title 62, Chapter 4.
