AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, relative to marijuana arrests.
As introduced, requires TACIR to study and prepare a report on marijuana arrests made in this state from 2015 to 2025, including data on race, age, gender, and the location of arrest. - Amends TCA Title 4.
