AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 37; Title 68 and Title 71, relative to psychotropic medication.

As introduced, requires the bureau of TennCare to biannually publish two comprehensive statewide data reports on the use of psychotropic medications and the psychotropic medications' associated costs with certain list categories and data points that must be included in each report. - Amends TCA Title 37; Title 68 and Title 71.
